Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GABAssist services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Our services

GABAssist matches businesses with vetted, industry-specialized virtual assistants.
We present pre-screened candidates within 24–48 hours of a discovery call.
All engagements are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts.

Pricing & payment

Plans are billed monthly as published on our Pricing page.
Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
Custom (Team) plans are quoted individually.

Replacement guarantee

If your match is not the right fit, we will re-match you at no extra cost.
The guarantee applies to the duration of your active engagement.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your needs, tools, and workflows.
Treat assistants with professionalism and respect; comply with applicable employment law.
Pay invoices on time to keep engagements active.

Talent responsibilities

Represent your skills, experience, and availability accurately.
Deliver work to the agreed scope and quality standards.
Protect client confidentiality and data at all times.

Intellectual property

Work product created for clients belongs to the client upon full payment.
GABAssist retains rights to its platform, branding, and proprietary processes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GABAssist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
